Arts & Culture in South Jersey

arts&cultureThe Katz JCC is the place to be in South Jersey for arts and culture, whether your interest is film, art, literature, comedy, or cuisine.

We host nationally recognized cultural events throughout the year, including the Bank of America Festival of Arts, Books & Culture; Cherry Hill Volvo Jewish Film Festival; Gourmet Wine and Dine; and Christmas Eve Comedy Night.

The JCC houses the Sanders Memorial Library, which offers a vast selection of books, DVDs, and magazines and hosts the Next Chapter Book Club. The Joel & Linda Appel Art Gallery has changing exhibits year-round featuring Jewish artists or art with spiritual motifs.

Broaden your horizons with piano lessons, trips to shows and museums, or take a class in our Saltzman Foundation Life Long Learning Institute program. Meet new friends at our movie nights, art gallery receptions, and musical interludes. Whatever your interests, we have something for everyone to enjoy!

Volunteers: We are always in need of creative, passionate individuals who would like to volunteer their time and skills to assist in any of our major cultural events such as the Festival or Arts Books & Culture, Jewish Film Festival or Gourmet Wine and Dine.

We are always looking for authors, performers and artists to appear at the Katz JCC.
