We offer over 150 free and fun exercise classes weekly led by qualified aerobic, yoga, pilates, etc. instructors with a JCC Full Facility Membership. Multiple group exercise studios as well as our indoor swimming pool offer a wide variety of classes including Yoga, Deep Water Running, Spinning®, Pilates®, step, body sculpting, circuit training, Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba®, Tai Chi and low impact aerobics – all taught by certified instructors.

Our Pilates mat classes are taught with Joseph Pilates classic breathing techniques, flow and an appropriate number of repetitions. We emphasize neck safety and challenge underutilized muscles. Not only will we be targeting the abs in these pilates classes, but we will also challenge the back, inner and outer thighs and gluts.
Spin / Spinning Classes
An indoor spin class workout in our spinning studio using energizing music, visualization and actual cycling techniques to reach a higher level of cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Appropriate workout for all levels of fitness. Please see our spinning schedule to find a time that suits you best.
A wide variety of Yoga styles and levels are offered to suit the novice through advanced levels. Participants learn proper breathing techniques and full body alignment. Our yoga instructors guide each participant through a series of yoga poses and progressions to maximize individual results. Yoga class programs include Pre-Natal Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Joya Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Les Mills Body Pump
An original barbell class, training all of the body parts choreographed to great music while using light plates and high repetitions for each muscle group. A high fat burning weight training class.
Tai Chi Classes
Designed to decrease stress, improve flexibility, balance, blood pressure and bone density.
Zumba® fuses international rhythms with easy to follow moves so you can have a blast while getting in shape. This Latin dance workout is designed for all fitness levels – including Mamba, Cha Cha, Salsa and more. Basic cardio routines are taught right here in our Cherry Hill location with energetic Latin style music.
High fat burning interval cardio with elements of Bootcamp: Jump rope, plyometrics, strength training, core and flexibility. Work at your own ability throughout this challenging class.
Cardio dance class incorporating fun hip hop moves for everyone
TRX Suspension Training
Total resistance exercise. A suspension training workout building true functional strength while improving flexibility, strength, and core all at the same time.
