One–on–one private sessions and Two–On–One semi private Sessions and Small Group fitness training is available by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals. Each personal training session is designed to meet your specific needs through a complete fitness program consisting of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training utilizing our fitness center and equipment. We also offer specialty personal training in Pilates reformer and apparatus classes, Kettle bell training, Indoor Cycling, TRX, Yoga and more.

Personal training packages include single or multi session options to best suit the individual needs.

One-on-One Personal Training

Personal Attention

personal-fitnessOne–on–one private sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you best meet your individual health and fitness goals and can include strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. Balance improvement, core training and conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, Pilates and/or athletic performance enhancement workouts are also available. Packages include single-session or multi session packages for your individual needs.

Two on One semi private Personal Training

Two on One – semi private personal training is also available. You and a partner will work with one of our certified trainers to help you and your workout partner meet both of your individual health and fitness goals together.  Packages include; single-session, five-sessions and ten-sessions.

Small Group (Tween & Teen) Personal Training – ages 10 and up

Small group personalized training (3-4 participants) available utilizing our fitness center or one of the spaces around our complex (field, studios, weight room, etc.)

Individual / Small Group Pilates Private Training

Sports Performance Training for Children & Teens

Improve your individual athlete’s performance, increase speed, flexibility and help prevent injury through our sports specific performance training programs.  Training focuses on improved strength, speed, explosion, and agility as well as specific sports skill enhancement for ages 10-18.
