Most group exercise classes provided in the Health & Wellness Complex in Cherry Hill are complimentary with a full facility Katz JCC Membership, with the exception of specialty fitness classes such as TRX Suspension Training, Pilates Reformer, Children, Adult Karate, Kids Yoga and Children’s enrichment and learn to swim classes and programs.

A one on one or small group training series in which each participant uses a Pilates Allegro Reformer or other Pilates apparatus to develop improved core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Participants learn proper breathing techniques and full body alignment. JCC instructors, certified through national accredited Pilates organizations, guide each participant through a series of progressions to maximize individual results.

Learn about the revolutionary training method, introduced by Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercises helps develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Bobby Leach Olympic Karate
Our award winning children’s martial arts program (in partnership with Bobby Leach Olympic Karate) are proven to build individual self esteem, confidence, motor skills and positive self image along with improved physical fitness and ability to defend self in event of need. Curriculum is a combination of Olympic Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan, Kenpo, Krav Maga, and anti-bullying techniques.
Tween Personal Training
Small group personalized training (3-4 participants) ages 10 – 12 available utilizing our fitness center or one of the many spaces around our complex (athletic field, studios, weight room, etc.)
JCC Fitness Screening / Functional Movement System
FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns key to normal function. By screening these patterns, FMS helps identify functional limitations that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning, distorting body awareness.

Sports Performance Training for Children & Teens
Improve your individual athlete’s performance, increase speed, flexibility and help prevent injury through our sports specific performance training programs for children and teens. Training focuses on improved strength, speed, explosion, and agility as well as specific sports skill enhancement for ages 10-18.
