Adult Meal Program
The Katz JCC is home to ‘J’Dining Adult Meal Program, a social gathering for community members ages 60 and older. We serve up to 90 meals a day, which makes us the largest congregate meal program in Camden County. All are welcome to join us Monday through Friday for a delicious Kosher meal prepared on site. We are more than just a meal – take advantage of transportation to and from the JCC, build up an appetite by enjoying an exercise or craft class and make new friends! We celebrate Shabbat every Friday with the lighting of the candles and a special meal, we recognize all the major Judaic holidays such as Chanukah, Passover and Purim and monthly birthday celebrations! This government subsidized meal program is supervised by the Senior Citizens United Community Services Inc. (SCUCS), and costs $2.50 a person per meal.
