Youth & Family Fitness Classes

When children learn at an early age that fitness can be fun, they stay engaged and active, and build the foundation for a healthy life. The JCC’s youth fitness classes are specifically designed for ages 5-15 and are intended to introduce them to new skills and spark their interest in fitness!

 

Family Fitness Classes

We offer these classes to families with children ages 5+ when accompanied by an adult, which is a great way to work out together as a family!
