Chair yoga is a practice that is beneficial to all. In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, move, breathe & ultimately feel good!
Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
