The 21-Day Body Transformation Challenge is for you!

  • Challenge includes:
    Two weekly in-person fitness sessions with a certified personal trainer: Starting the week of May 11 on Thursdays at 5:15pm & Sundays at 8:30am
    Three interactive nutrition sessions with JCC’s Registered Nutritionist via Zoom
    Opportunity to meet with Health & Wellness Lifestyle Coach weekly by appointment
  • BONUS: Private Facebook group providing nutrition tips, workout motivation from knowledgable nutrition and fitness support team

 

Cost: $65/JCC Full Facility Members, $75/JCC Basic Members & Guests
