What is osteoporosis?  Oxford’s English dictionary defines it as a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from loss of tissue, typically as a result of hormonal changes, or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.

Learn how to work out to improve bone density, balance and strength with this personalized exercise class.  This program is open to everyone from ages 18 to 105.
