Expectant Grandparent Class (Virtual)

Class Instructor: Virtua Health Maternal Education Staff
This evening is designed to introduce grandparents to current trends & changes in childbirth and infant care. Various topics include use of child safety seats, proper body mechanics, positioning baby for sleep, supporting the new mom/parents emotionally and physically.
Class will be held virtually.
