Join us for this year’s annual Gourmet Wine and Dine! This event is a kosher food and wine extravaganza highlighting top chefs from the Philadelphia and South Jersey region. This cultural celebration features a feast, ethnic music, and regional Jewish heritage, and is a complete dining experience that promotes an understanding of various cultures by enticing attendees’ palettes.
This year’s Gourmet Wine & Dine will feature the cuisine of Todd Van Wagner, Chef de Cuisine of Tria Taproom. He will be preparing a BBQ-inspired menu that will bring back fond memories of your Bubbe’s brisket using pastured meats from Grow & Behold Foods. Dessert by Chef Robert Bennett, Classic Cake. Cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm and dinner follows at 6:30pm. Cost is $85 per person.

*Lemon Chicken Kishka – Rolled Chicken Breasts stuffed with Mushrooms and Chicken Livers Braised in summery drinkable beer
Fig and Arugula Salad, Honey Cider Vinagrette (TR dressing)
*Stout Braised Brisket served with Spinach Tabouleh with chopped Dates. Sauce will be the braising liquid with the braised veggies pureed back in

Proceeds from this event benefit the Katz JCC Adult, Cultural and Judaic Department. They help fund daily meal programs for hundreds of seniors, provide social and recreational programming, and support transportation that enables seniors to remain independent and active.
