Mindfulness for Stress Hybrid Workshop

Come explore the impact of mindfulness and meditation. This workshop, led by Katz JCC’s Wellness Coach Shelby Kwartler, will teach you evidence-based mindfulness techniques that you can personalize and implement in your life.
Participants will have the choice to attend virtually or in person. This workshop, which will include meditation, lecture and a question and answer session, will be streamed live via Zoom and will be held in-person in the JFlow Studio at the JCC. If attending in-person at the J, attendees are welcome to bring any blankets, cushions or tea to enhance overall comfort and experience while virtual attendees are encouraged to join in from a peaceful place with limited distractions and soothing surroundings.
