Stand Tall – 6 Week Session

March 22, 2023 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Improve posture and balance through exercises focusing on core and leg strength. Class will be held indoors.

New wallpaper will be installed in the fitness center from July 17th to 19th, starting at 9 AM each day. We aim to minimize disruption and do not expect closures.
