Strength & Balance

June 30 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Warmup followed by strength utilizing both weights and exercise bands. Balance practice both stationery and walking ending with stretch.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
