Yin Yoga – One Day Workshop

Join this calm practice of letting gravity take over your body. Yin yoga is the physical practice of holding opening poses to stretch the connective tissues around your joints. Energetically, we practice mental stillness. Find, release and let go, both physically & energetically. Yin yoga is the quiet balance of the busy, Yang practice of our daily lives.

All levels welcome – you will need to be able to get onto the floor on your mat (with or without assistance)
We will provide bolster, blanket, 4 blocks, mat or you can bring your own equipment
