Small Group Training

Train in our JFit small group training studio with a small group of 3-6 people, which is an affordable, engaging and fun way to work out with a personal trainer. Our JFit studio features kettlebells, TRX suspension training straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, boxing bags, plyometric boxes and more. Using this equipment, body weight resistance and sheer determination, you will get the edge you need to succeed. We offer a variety of six week training classes.
