Join us outdoors at the J for a socially distanced group exercise workout with some of your favorite instructors!

We are thrilled to invite you back to the JCC to participate in one of our group exercise classes. Registration in advance is necessary through MINDBODY.

Where? Katz JCC Tennis Court (outside of the Fitness Center)

 

July 6 – 12 Group Exercise Class Schedule:

Please note: No JCC equipment will be provided, except for spin bikes. Upon registration, you will be told what equipment you will need to bring from home.

Outdoor Small Group Training – It’s a HIIT

This 40-minute circuit training class, in an interval workout style, will motivate your body to build and burn.  This class will consist of bodyweight exercises as well as some small equipment (which will be provided). This small group training is open to 3-5 JCC Members and pre-registration is required through MINDBODY.

Cost: $10/class for JCC Members – All proceeds go to the Katz JCC
