What is Sprint 8?

Launching at the Katz JCC this fall, Sprint 8 is an efficient, fat and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic heart conditioning workout that you can do in only 20 minutes, including warm-up and cool down. It is a science-based cardio workout program and has been proven to boost energy, reduce body fat, promote lean muscle mass and improve cholesterol in just weeks.
