The Katz JCC is offering three Sprint 8 fitness programs now offered in 8 week sessions: Sprint 8 Express, Sprint 8 Plus and Sprint 8 Minus.

The new 8-week format has been designed to benefit you, the exerciser. Sprint 8 was designed for 2-3 workouts a week for 8 weeks to see noticeable results. This new format will also allow us to offer a more flexible schedule with more class times so you can select what workout time works best for you.
