Important JCC Indoor Pool Reopening Information
A JCC Full Facility Membership is required for indoor and outdoor pool use. Full Facility Members who are currently on HOLD and wish to utilize the facilities must reactivate their memberships. Please click HERE to reinstate your membership.
Reservations are required for Indoor Pool access. You can make a reservation via Group Ex Pro directly on our website, or access it via the JCC Mobile App.
Reservation cancellations must be made via Group Ex Pro. You can cancel in one of two ways:
1. Via the link in the email confirmation you receive or
2. Go back into Group Ex Pro, select the date/time you have reserved, log in (if you’re not already) and click “cancel reservation”
