Exploring Possibilities of Meditation: Adventures in Meditation Thursday, October 30 7:00pm-8:00pm Whether you’re a beginner or a regular daily meditator, we invite you to join us on a quick journey through some of the many varied traditions and practices of meditation. We will experience brief meditations and reflect together on possibilities for enriching your life. Learn and begin to experience the benefits of meditation for stress relief, health and well-being, and spiritual development, depending on your inclinations and practice. Chairs will be provided! Instructor: Ruth Dalphin, is an acupuncturist, yoga and meditation instructor and daily meditator for over 50 years. She has studied with yogis, rabbis, shamans, qigong masters, priests, sufis and many other wise ones throughout the world.
