In this class kids will participate in obstacle course training with elements of gymnastics & parkour. Your child will increase their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, impulse control, confidence, and ability to work in a group. Class may run inside or outside depending on weather conditions.
Learn the basics of track! Long jump, high jump, hurdles, relay races and more. We will be in the gym and sometimes on the track.
Join us for an engaging ballet experience tailored for ages 6-9! This session introduces the traditional ballet class structure, focusing on fundamental techniques such as barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations. Through these activities, students enhance coordination, flexibility, endurance, and musicality. Held at JFlow Studio, this class encourages participants to wear socks or ballet shoes along with a leotard/tights or form-fitting clothing for optimal movement.
