The Katz JCC’s Adult Department is constantly looking for ways to engage the South Jersey community and give everyone an opportunity to meet new friends, connect with existing ones or learn new skills. With those thoughts in mind, be a part of the Betty Mulberg Memorial Culinary Arts Program at the Katz JCC!
Our cooking classes are an example of our programs being infused with Jewish heritage and values. Every meal we will have you prepare promises to be delicious, healthy and kosher! Our classes are open to the community, for those ages 21+, unless specified as a family event. Each class will usually include a tasting and wine pairing. Local chefs and authors instruct the classes.

Cooking with Chef Cyndi: Passover Candy Making
Instructor: Chef Cyndi Kleinbart / Sponsored by the Betty Mulberg Culinary Arts Academy at the Katz JCC
Join Chef Cyndi as she teaches us how to make delicious candy for Passover. Great class to watch with your children or grandchildren and then create oodles of treats for Passover. You will receive info packet with recipes before the class.
