Specifically designed for conditions like Parkinson’s, MS and stroke recovery, this class can improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Basic positions are taught in a supportive, gentle environment with an emphasis on breathing and alignment.
Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
