Xtreme Mashup with Ashley

Fast-paced interval training focusing on high-intensity cardio, resistance and strength segments to build muscle and cardiovascular strength utilizing various equipment and body weight.

Wednesday, April 5 beginning at 8AM the front entrance will be closed. Please access the building using the pool fence gate. Front handicap parking spots will also be closed off for the day
