Stand Tall – 6 Week Session

May 17, 2023 @ 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Improve posture and balance through exercises focusing on core and leg strength. Class will be held indoors.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM – 12 PM from July 7 – July 11 due to NFL Camp. 1/4 of the gymnasium will be closed from 1 – 4 :30 PM due to Next Gen Hoops Camp. Thank you for your understanding.
