Meet the Instructors

Carol Ksiazek

Carol began her 30+ year instructor career in the early 80’s….”Let’s get physical” years. Carol believes working out should be fun and makes this her goal for every class she teaches. She is certified in Group Fitness, Aqua, Spin, Body Pump, Body step, Bosu ball, and TRX.

Joanna Stah

A fit-fluencer for the past 20 years teaching group fitness classes in NYC for Equinox & Crunch is now back in Cherry Hill and creating this Practice series in the pool for the JCC exclusively. She’s guaranteed to positively charge your workouts and your day!

American Red Cross Aquatic Training Academy

At the J, we are committed to providing lifeguards in the community with American Red Cross certifications for lifeguarding, first aid, CPR and water skills training. Our goal is to ensure these classes provide participants with the knowledge to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies. Our classes are open to the community and offered several times a year.
