The benefits of massage range from relieving aches and pains, to increasing energy levels, improving digestion, promoting a good night’s sleep, cleansing lymph, improving circulation, and dozens of other physiological and physiological benefits.  Our certified massage therapist, Patricia DiLemme, offers Swedish massage, chair massage, cranial sacral therapy, prenatal massage, neuromuscular massage, reiki, oncology massage, scar tissue release, myofascial release, sport, and deep tissue massage, and reflexology.  Patricia has been offering her therapy services at the Katz JCC since 2003.

Therapeutic Massage is staffed with certified and licensed professionals.  All bodywork is designed and structured for your individual muscular problems. If you are suffering from a sore neck or just want to relieve stress, a therapeutic massage may be able to help.

About Patricia

In 1991 Patricia joined the United States Air Force and became an Aero Space Physiological Specialist at Brooks Aeromedical Base in San Antonio, TX, for training in Hyperbaric, Hypobaric, and Centerfuge. She was an instructor of physiological change to the human body while flying depth with G-Force & Altitude. She primarily supported the needs of U2 Recon high-altitude pilots while being stationed at Beale AFB, CA. Patricia worked as a wound care specialist from 1995-2000 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. In 2000 she worked as a medical assistant in wound care at St Francis Hospital. From 2001 to 2003
