The training plan focuses on 3 phases: off-season, pre-season, and in-season player development.

One on One Personal Training

The JCC offers several one-on-one personal training options beyond barbells and machines. Reach your fitness goals with a work-out regimen catered to your needs with help of one of our certified trainers. At the J, we also offer a variety of specialized training to fit the type of fitness that excites you, such as:

Small Group Training

Train in our JFit small group training studio with a small group of 3-6 people, which is an affordable, engaging and fun way to work out with a personal trainer. Our JFit studio features kettlebells, TRX suspension training straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, boxing bags, plyometric boxes and more. Using this equipment, body weight resistance and sheer determination, you will get the edge you need to succeed. We offer a variety of six week training classes. Cancer Recovery Training

Work with one of our certified exercise cancer specialists and learn how to succeed through the progression of specific training that focuses on improving functional capacity, improved joint range of motion, minimizing fatigue and preventing illness.
