Our specialized training is focused on building maximal strength, optimum power, and speed for the athletes of today and tomorrow. The training plan focuses on 3 phases: off-season, pre-season, and in-season player development.

All In (1 Hour Sessions): 5 Sessions: $260 • 10 Sessions: $495
Small Group (3-6 people) Six 1-Hour Sessions (Cost per person): $100/JCC Member • $120/Guest
Partners in Training (1 Hour Sessions): 5 Sessions: $390 • 10 Sessions: $760
