Roll Up For Red! with Eileen

How long can you perform a precise “Roll Up?” 5 Minute Pilates warm-up followed by 10 minutes of instructor cued Pilates Roll-Ups using various props- all levels welcome.

On Sunday, September 8th, the gymnasium will be closed for Community Day from 7am-3:30pm. Our Indoor Pool will be closed for annual maintenance from August 19th to September 10th. Please enjoy our Outdoor Pool during this time. Hours: M-F: 6am-7:45pm. S-S: 7am-6:45pm.
