1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Strength & Balance September 30 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Strength & Balance Warmup followed by strength utilizing both weights and exercise bands. Balance practice both stationery and walking ending with stretch.
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm Spin & Sculpt September 30 @ 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm Spin & Sculpt A combination of cycling, mixed with using light hand weights to tone upper body during class.
