This class uses patterns and rhythm to challenge the brain, building and strengthening neuropathways to increas safety in movement. Offered with sitting and standing options, this class is adaptable to all levels.
There will be no lap swim Sunday, the 16th, from 9–10 AM. A lifeguard class will be held in the main pool Saturday (9 AM–6:45 PM) & Sunday (9 AM–3 PM), but member access won’t be affected.
