Xtreme Mashup with Beth

Fast-paced interval training focusing on high-intensity cardio, resistance and strength segments to build muscle and cardiovascular strength utilizing various equipment and body weight.

From the evening of May 23rd to May 27th there will be necessary maintenance taking place in the parking lot. Please be aware this may affect general parking and handicap parking.
