Barbellls and Dumbbells

March 14 @ 9:30 am - 10:15 am

Full body strengthing class utilizing barbells & dumbbells.

There will be no lap swim Sunday, the 16th, from 9–10 AM. A lifeguard class will be held in the main pool Saturday (9 AM–6:45 PM) & Sunday (9 AM–3 PM), but member access won’t be affected.
