Barre intensity is a cross-disciplined style workout that combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness

Due to the Sports Award and the first day of camp on Monday, June 24th, please expect heavy parking lot activity. The gymnasium and track will be closed. Please expect a delayed gymnasium opening on Tuesday, June 25th of 8:30 am.
