A series of exercises performed on special Pilates equipment is designed to improve overall body muscular strength, agility and flexibility while conditioning core muscles. Sessions are led by certified Pilates instructors in our state-of-the-art studio. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Please note that the JCafe will be closed from April 12–20 for Passover. Two lap lanes in the pool will be closed on April 18, 19, and 20 for lifeguard training. Our indoor pool chair lift is currently out of service, but we are working to repair it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
