Power the kids up in this innovative wellness program which combines action-packed fitness, fun and delicious nutrition. Various types of exercise will be introduced followed by nutrition tips and tasting healthy recipes.
There will be no lap swim Sunday, the 16th, from 9–10 AM. A lifeguard class will be held in the main pool Saturday (9 AM–6:45 PM) & Sunday (9 AM–3 PM), but member access won’t be affected.
