Intermediate Hatha Yoga with Christine

This class is designed to deepen your yoga practice by focusing on intermediate asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques), with a special emphasis on the introduction of Ujjayi breath.

Due to the observance of Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28: Fitness & Wellness will be open from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. On Friday, November 29: Fitness & Wellness will be open 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.
