Strength & Balance

April 28 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Warmup followed by strength utilizing both weights and exercise bands. Balance practice both stationery and walking ending with stretch.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM – 12 PM from July 7 – July 11 due to NFL Camp. 1/4 of the gymnasium will be closed from 1 – 4 :30 PM due to Next Gen Hoops Camp. Thank you for your understanding.
