Total Body Conditioning

A total body workout incorporating strength, cardio and core utilizing various pieces of equipment.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM – 12 PM from July 7 – July 11 due to NFL Camp. 1/4 of the gymnasium will be closed from 1 – 4 :30 PM due to Next Gen Hoops Camp. Thank you for your understanding.
