Pilates

A series of exercises performed on special Pilates equipment is designed to improve overall body muscular strength, agility and flexibility while conditioning core muscles. Sessions are led by certified Pilates instructors in our state-of-the-art studio. All levels of fitness are welcome.

What we offer:

  • Complimentary 30 minute Private Pilates Preview
  • Periodic 6 week “Fundamentals” of Pilates Sessions for New Participants
  • Learn how to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch muscles while improving your balance and agility. Pilates benefits all levels!
  • Beginner and Intermediate Classes – packages available

Cost: JCC Full Facility Members Only | Five Week Sessions: $100 | May prorate for 1 class only. Must notify us before start of session
No cancellations after the first session
