Regular yoga practice can increase flexibility and balance while improving overall fitness and minimizing the tremors, atrophy, and rigidity associated with Parkinson’s. Class is intended for all levels.
The Gymnasium will be closed on April 11 through April 14 at 2 PM for our annual floor recoating. Please note our Passover hours: Saturday, 4/12, open from 7AM – 3PM. Sunday 4/13 facility is closed. Monday 4/14 facility is open for fitness/wellness 5 AM to 10 PM. Thank you, and Chag Sameach!
