Strength & HIIT

Experience the ultimate fusion of strength training & high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in our dynamic group fitness class. This class is designed to challenge your body in new ways, combining the muscle-building benefits of strength training with the calorie-burning intensity of HIIT for a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.

Pool Update: On Saturday, March 22, two lap lanes will be closed from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM for lifeguard classes, and on Sunday, March 23, the pool will be fully closed from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM for the Sharks Swim Team Banquet. Thank you for your understanding!
