Teen Sports & Leagues

The JCC is the perfect place for teens ages 13-19 to grow and socialize with their peers. Whether you are looking to take part of a basketball team, jump in on a pick-up game or explore leadership opportunities, the JCC is the place to be! We also offer teens the opportunity to join our Junior Maccabi Basketball League staff to assist our young players.

JCC Maccabi Games®

Athletes also participate in Olympic-style Opening Ceremonies and JCC Cares, local community service projects that promote important Judaic and human values and leave an impact on the local community. The Katz JCC was a proud host of the JCC Maccabi Games® in 1999 and 2014.

Mid-Atlantic & Junior Maccabi Games

Athletes compete each spring, and this is a great way for kids to experience the JCC Maccabi Games® on a smaller scale prior to participating in the “big games”. Sports include: Baseball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Swimming, and Tennis
