This 90-minute flag football program is designed for athletes looking to build their skills while gaining real game experience each week. Led by former collegiate football players, participants will develop football fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and game IQ through structured instruction and live scrimmages. Perfect for players of all skill levels in a fun, active, and competitive environment.

The first half of each session will focus on skills and drills, while the second half will allow players to apply what they’ve learned in controlled scrimmages.

Track and Field Fundamentals

Sundays, July 19 – August 23

Ages 8-13

This beginner friendly program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of track and field in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will learn proper running form, basic sprinting and distance techniques, and the foundations of popular field events such as long jump, relays, and throwing skills using age appropriate equipment.

The focus is on building confidence, coordination, and overall athletic ability while keeping the atmosphere positive and engaging. Coaches guide athletes through drills, games, and challenges that help them improve speed, strength, and agility at a comfortable pace.

No experience is needed. Just bring energy, sneakers, and a willingness to try something new.

Learn To Play Kickball

Learn To Play Basketball

Get ready to dribble, shoot, and have fun! This exciting summer class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of basketball in a positive and energetic environment. Players will learn beginner basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, balance, coordination, and teamwork through fun drills, creative games, and interactive activities designed specifically for ages 3-6.

Our goal is to help children build confidence, develop motor skills, and learn the basics of the game while having a great time on the court.
