Fit for Kids

The ultimate fitness program for kids! This fit kids class combines exercises and fitness games to promote physical activity. Whether the kids are running, jumping, or stretching, kids will develop strength, coordination and confidence. Alongside the dynamic workouts, we introduce nutrition tips.

In this hands-on workshop, kids will explore the basics of healthy eating while creating fun and tasty dishes. They’ll discover the importance of balanced nutrition, experiment with fresh ingredients, and develop essential cooking skills.

Each session includes interactive activities, cooking demonstrations, and easy-to-follow recipes that kids can recreate at home. Join us for a fun-filled experience where kids can enjoy learning about healthy food and gain confidence in the kitchen!
