Welcome to our dynamic Teen Group Exercise Classes, specially designed for young individuals like you who are looking to boost their fitness, make new friends, and have a blast while doing it! Our classes are completely FREE to members and provide a safe, supportive, and energetic environment where you can push your limits, explore new types of workouts, and discover what makes you feel most alive.
Jump Ball will take place in half of the gym from 1:00–4:00pm on: Friday, March 28 and Monday, March 31. Please note that only half of the gym will be available during these times. Thank you for your understanding!
