Total body workout that will help build a strong core, tone muscles, improve flexibility and mental focus. 

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
