Les Mills Body Pump

Les Mills original barbell class training all body parts choreographed to great music while using light plates and high repetitions for each muscle group!

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
