JTAP

Program Overview

JTAP Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was created to educate our youth members on effective self-defense techniques in a fun, safe manner. Participants will learn to be the best, strongest, and most confident version of themselves. JTAP will teach not only martial arts, but also life skills and habits that lead to long-term success. The skills and knowledge that participants will take away from their lessons will transcend beyond the mats into everyday life.
